This type of apricot - 'Orange d'Provence', cultivated only rarely today, derives its name from the orange-coloured skin, we use it in our drinks because it has a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
This nectar has a sun-riped apricot aroma, with a hint of English roses, orange blossoms and mandarin rind. On the palate - slight creaminess, sweetness and refreshing acidity.
Could be used in non alcoholic spritzers or in a sparkling wine cocktails (1:2 proportion).
Serving temperature - 12 – 14°C, pairs well with desserts or as an aperitif.
