The Williams Christ variety, when fully ripe imparts a sweet, delicate spiciness as well as a soft creamy texture and restrained acidity to the juice. Pear juice bouquet is underscored by notes of English roses, rosehips and creamy blossom-honey, with a hint of lemon balm. Mixed 1:1 with a vibrant sparkling water, the juice becomes less opulent in texture, and the fine herbaceous notes in the bouquet come to the fore.
Serving temperature 12 – 14°C, perfectly goes with pork, fish, chicken & turkey or classic German dishes, can also be enjoyed with soft goat cheeses.
