Orchard fruit and fresh-dried hay form the bouquet of this pale golden pour, with a touch of ginger-kissed pie crust in the background. The palate boasts enticing just-ripe orchard and citrus fruit flavors, like sliced apple, pear, tangelo and Meyer lemon, all mingling together in a cohesive medley. A moderate mousse and ample acidity keeps it all fresh and vibrant through the finish.

Antech, an independent family domain for 6 generations, is specialized in the elaboration of sparkling wines in the Crémant de Limoux appellation, near Carcassonne in the south of France. This cremant is the result of careful work to assemble Chardonnay, Chenin and Mauzac.
