The grapes are harvested from old vines (1965) from the Meursault, Saint-Aubin and Pommard appellations. The wine was aged for 8 months in French oak barrels (15% new). This refreshing white wine smells of citrus, white stone fruit and has a salty minerality.
Serve at 10-12 °C with fattier fish (halibut, cod), grilled chicken or salmon steak.
