Recioto is produced only during the best vintages, when drying and fermentation can guarantee a quality level that meets the high standards imposed by the history and tradition of this wine. The grapes for Recioto are more than 20 years of age: carefully selected, must be very healthy and crunchy to face an extremely long drying. Aged for 2 years in large wooden barrels. Intense red ruby loaded with mocha, black cherries, plums, espresso and spices. The intense fruit is nicely balanced by an underlying energy and focus. Sweet perfumed notes wrap around the long, satisfying finish. Residual sugar 86 g/l.
Serve at 12-14 °C with chocolate or caramel desserts, dark chocolate.
ERIC GUIDO - VINOUS Įvertinimas: 94
The XX century marks the beginning of Brigaldara as we know it today. In 1928, Renzo Cesari purchases Brigaldara. With his son Lamberto, he specializes in viticulture with love and passion. The greatest impulse takes place in the 80s, when the direction passes into the hands of Stefano, Renzo's grandson, who starts a long-lasting collaboration with Roberto Ferrarini, perhaps one of the most important innovators in the history of Amarone and Valpolicella. In 1997, Brigaldara's Amarone is awarded for the first time the Tre Bicchieri Gambero Rosso. All products by this producer
