Description
Legado is a range of wines of great intensity and complexity from exceptional vineyards. This Pinot Noir is an example of this variety which tends towards an elegant, red fruit profile. This Pinot Noir was fermented in small, 1,000-litre vats with 30% whole clusters. Fermentation is spontaneous without the addition of yeast or enzymes at an average temperature of 24°C. The wine was aged in used Burgundian barrels 228l for 12 months.Serving recommendation
