Yellow colour with golden highlights. Powerful and open nose with fresh yellow fruits (peach and apricot) and a beautiful minerality. The mouth is ample, with a lot of volume; the yellow fruits are present with a fresh and round finish.
Serve at 10-12 °C with a creamy sauce seasoned with snails, oysters, crustaceans, fatty fish or poultry.
