Annual production is no more than 15 000 bottles.
Maceration on the skins for approximately 2 to 3 days maximum in rotary fermenters with temperature control with futher ageing in stainless steal tank for 10 months. The wine has aromas of violets and cherry. Dry but soft palate with delicate tannins, full taste of cherries and black fruits. Medium-bodied, easy drinking with moderate finish.
Serve at 12-14 °C with antipasto, pasta course, white meat, light cheese, salami, pizza, panini.
