Description
The vines are 19-27 years old and grow in loamy and limestone soils. The grapes are picked and re-picked by hand. Wine fermentation and further maturation were carried out in French and Palatinate oak barrels, 40% of which were new. After a long storage with yeast, the wine was bottled. The bright yellow wine smells of pears, ripe yellow apples, white peaches, almonds, butter, cake crust. Juicy, elegant with a perfectly integrated oak note, long soft aftertaste.Serving recommendation
Serve at 10-12 °C with smoked salmon, grilled halibut, veal cutlets with white mushrooms, pumpkin ravioli, cheddar cheese.Rating
