Grapes were selectively handpicked and transported to a refrigerated chamber in the winery. The wine was made by gentle whole bunch pressing and a totally natural clarication giving the wine a real purity of fruit and absence of harsh phenolic compounds. The juice was slowly fermented at 12 °C. Pale yellow citric color, fresh nose, with lemon and tea leaf notes and some pineapple. The mouth is fresh and mineral, with all the texture of Antão Vaz.
Serve at 8-10 °C with grilled fish, simple seafood, salads and dishes of pasta al dente.
