Description
Grapes were selectively handpicked and transported to a refrigerated chamber in the winery. The wine was made by gentle whole bunch pressing and a totally natural clarication giving the wine a real purity of fruit and absence of harsh phenolic compounds. The juice was slowly fermented at 12 °C. Pale yellow citric color, fresh nose, with lemon and tea leaf notes and some pineapple. The mouth is fresh and mineral, with all the texture of Antão Vaz.Serving recommendation
Serve at 8-10 °C with grilled fish, simple seafood, salads and dishes of pasta al dente.About producer
