This wine is fermented and matured in oak barrels. An elegant fruit aroma complemented by the scents of anise, mint and spices. Notes of citrus fruit in the mouth, accompanied by a long, mineral aftertaste.
Serve at 10-12 °C with fried halibut-flavored bechamel sauce, grilled salmon, white soft cheese such as Reblochon.
