Incredibly concentrated mouthfeel, with generous, fresh interplay between sweetness and acidity. Brilliant, balanced finish. Simply gorgeous.
Serve at 8-10 °C with mushroom; pasta in creamy sauces; poultry; wildfowl; mild Asian wok dishes; risotto; or a selection of cheeses.
