Refreshing and pleasant wine. Perceptible aromas of melons and pears, a light hint of phenol. Elegant, pure and delicate. Fermentation took place in French oak barrels, 25 % of which are new. At the end of the fermentation process, the wine is aged for six months in the same barrels.
Serve at 10-12 °C with white, light fish dishes.
