Description
Juicy and uncomplicated, Prosa stands for liquid affirmation of life and carefree drinking fun without losing seriousness. Animated by pronounced light berry fruit and fine herbal spice, Prosa's teasing perlage tickles the palate with a wink and celebrates the lightness of being in an invigoratingly fresh way. Harvested in early September. After a short maceration and the pressing, fermentation started in stainless-steel and finished in a pressure tank. Slightly adjusting oft eh gas if necessary.
Serving recommendation
Serve at 6-8 °C with light salads, Chinese food, soft cheeses.
