100% Gruner Veltliner. Harvested in the beginning of September. Full carbonic maceration in small crates for about 2 weeks. Gently wholebunch pressed, than aged for 9 months in 900-litre concrete eggs
Serve at 10-12 °C with schnitzel, salads, sushi
