The terroir is characterized by loam and lime. After the careful manual harvest, the grapes were slightly crushed and fermented for 7 days at 30° C. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine aged 12 months in stainless steel tanks and 12 months in the bottle. Made from old vine, bush-trained Garnacha grapes. Exhibits greater aromatic complexity, richness with mineral and blueberry notes leading to a savory and spicy wine nicely balanced and very easy to drink. Fresh acid, full bodied with earthy and floral notes.
Serve at 16-18 °C with game, lamb or roast beef dishes, meat stews, hard mature cheeses.
