From the limestone soil with the average age of 50 years old Sauvignon Blanc vines. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and neutral oak with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 24 months in stainless steel and 12 months in neutral oak barrels. No fining, no filtration, no added SO2.Golden yellow colour. Aromas of dried fruits (figs, dates), licorice, kvass, plum, honey. On the palate dry, full of spices, warming, natural, impresive.
Serve at 8-10 °C with Asian cuisine dishes, white meat stews, goat cheese.
