Biologist Craft Winery was founded in 2019 by famous Ukranian wine expert Igor Petrenko. On a small farm of 14 hectares in Odessa region and a few hectares near Kiev, Biologist does biodynamic viticulture, with a modern approach to winemaking without use of any artificial chemicals, such as herbicides and pesticides. The gravitational principle of technological process and constant generation of new ideas allowed Biologist to make wine production an art. The winery works with local and international grape varieties like Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Odessa Black, Rkatsiteli, Chardonnay, Aligote. The south of Ukraine, where the largest areas of vineyards are located, is at a latitude that also extends between Bordeaux and Burgundy.All products by this producer
